Do we know whether or not they are anonymous donors (illegitimately legalised through amendments in Companies Act via Finance Acts)-funding the ruling parties? Section 57 of Aadhaar Act was inserted at the behest of these donora by the outsourced drafters of the Aadhaar Bill. Following Supreme Court's 1448 page long verdict of September 26, 2018 ( https://main.sci.gov.in/supremecourt/2012/35071/35071_2012_Judgement_26-Sep-2018.pdf), it has been deleted/repealed. Aadhaar Act has been amended to give effect to it. But all MoUs with states and contract agreements that pre-date the amendment need to be cancelled in compliance with existing court order. All UID/Aadhaar enrollments prior to this amendment are questionable. They must be undone too. (It is high time state governments, political parties and their leaders urgently read the verdict, especially the dissenting order by Justice Chandrachud, who is part of the current Constitution Bench which will hear the matter on 9th June, 2020). Surely, the vested interests of these entities and the supreme eternal interest of India do not converge. Surveillance is an economic operator. World Bank Group-IMF's official history admits surveillance-including defense surveillance is it's central pillar.
