Hatred and animosity - across the religious divides, is the very lifeblood
of Hindutva politics.
In order to survive, it must constantly keep stirring the pot.
And Modi is too adept at that.

It also just once again underlines - if such underlining was at all needed,
how pointless and howbsurdly fanciful it is to expect anything positive to
flow from Bhagwat's somewhat intriguing call for a "dialogue".

<<“Partition’s pains can never be [allowed to be] forgotten,” the Prime
Minister tweeted, “Millions of our sisters and brothers were displaced and
many lost their lives due to mindless hate and violence…May the Partition
Horrors Remembrance Day keep reminding us of the need to remove the poison
of social divisions, disharmony and further strengthen the spirit of
oneness, social harmony and human empowerment.”>>
