Promoters of centralised biometric UID/Aadhaar/NPR have been misleading Supreme Court's Constitution Benches regarding Personal Data Protection law since 2010. Citizens Forum for Civil Liberties (CFCL) had submitted written comments and suggestions on the Bill.
