Apart from anything else there's a biological weapons convention in place
that prohibits development of all biological weapons.
So, it's well-nigh impossible that info confirming existence of such would
be freely provided by an entity - even only, complicit in that act.

But, it's highly doubtful whether even any Wuhan type biological labs are
there.
In that event people in the know would have been concerned about the safety
aspects.

By all appearance, it's only motivated propaganda.
