<<Russia's First Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations Dmitry Polyanskiy rejected the possibility of Moscow using nuclear weapons.>>

As far as it goes. Of course, hardly anyone was apprehending use of strategic weapons - *to begin with*. The apprehension was/is what happens in case the tactical ones are used. So, it's assured, now, that there's no such possibility - going against the hints being issued persistently till now. Of course good. But, then, not only the Russian side, alongwith all its proxies worldwide, were outright pooh-poohing the possibility of any invasion almost till Feb. 21 but had also announced demobilisation of the ongoing joint exercise with Belarus and force withdrawal from the Ukraine border, almost on the eve of the massive and brutal invasion. One can hardly afford to let all these slip out of mind. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Green Youth Movement" group.
