The "National Herald case" is, in its very essence, a deal involving the Congress Party and two other bodies - one till now running the newspaper National Herald - a Congress organ started in course of the independence movement at the initiative of Jawaharlal Nehru, and the other one meant to run it now. The deal effects a transfer of ownership from the former to the latter. The new body is a "not for profit" company. *None of the three is/are complaining*.
*What is the "case"!!!?* <<Sharing details of his questioning, Rahul said: "I was made to sit in a small dark room. There were three ED officers questioning me. They would leave the room to take instructions but I sat on the chair for long hours and responded patiently to all their queries." Addressing the party leaders and workers, he said: "You must be thinking it must have been difficult for me to withstand the long ED questioning. But it was not at all diffcult, because I was not alone sitting on that chair. With me in that room was every leader and every worker of the Congress, everyone who fights against this government without fear, everyone who fights for democracy.">> (Excerpted from: < https://m.timesofindia.com/india/50-hours-5-days-rahul-gandhi-reveals-how-he-managed-to-stay-calm-during-ed-questioning/amp_articleshow/92386310.cms >.) -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Green Youth Movement" group.
