National Judicial Data Grid: Executivisation of Judiciary E-committee's National Judicial Data Grid launched by Union Govt's chief legal advisor,Attorney General in 2020 paves way for end of separation of power between Executive & Judiciary. E-committee headed by Justice Chandrachud. It all commenced during 35th Chief Justice R C Lahoti's tenure. (UID scheme also commenced almost around the same time.) All the successors of Justice Lahoti seem to have accepted it as a fait accompli. World Bank has been engineering all the data grids & praising it like UID/Aadhaar database in the name of Ease of Doing Business.
The judicial data grid is like CIDR of UID/Aadhaar which is part of World Bank's eTransform Initiative launched in partnership with six MNCs like Microsoft, L1, Gemalto, Pfizer, Intel and IBM besides two national governments. IBM was involved in census of Germany prior to arrival of Nazi party in power. It was admittedly complicit in the holocaust. IBM's punch card technology is put on display in the Holocaust eTransform in Washington D. C.
