The operative part of the Supreme Court judgement in the Tessta Setalvad case is that *the bail granted earlier by the Supreme Court to her continues*. The Gujarat High Court order scrapping the bail is scrapped.
Quite interestingly, Tushar Mehta, the SG, is not there today.
