This interview -- two (or three?) days before the discussion of the no-confidence motion in the parliament to force the PM open his mouth on Manipur -- is, evidently, explosive. And, not to forget, she is a Meitei and a decorated former top cop in the state. The original tweet (< https://twitter.com/Analytical_Kuki/status/1687811960904232961>) appears to have been removed. But, she has reiterated her position again here: < https://youtu.be/K0rZN3dQ51w> on just the day before the start of the discussion on the no-confidence motion. This doesn't appear to have been deliberated during the discussion in the Parliament. That's surprising.
