FIR for documenting and reporting the fraudulent ways of the ongoing SIR in Bihar. Civil society organisations, together with credible individuals, should immediately conduct a fact-finding operation in several Bihar locations including Begusarai. If ECI/government officials do not cooperate, at least common voters, in good number, should be interviewed on camera. The reports should be promptly publicised. By registering an FIR against Ajit Anjum -- the investigating journalist -- they've only ensured far greater public attention to the ongoing fraud than otherwise.
