Details:
Currently, gregorio translation is handled using monolothic .po files
covering gregorio cli, libgregorio as well as every single plugin.
It would be a good idea to separate each component with regard to i18n.
It would allow people to use libgregorio independantly as well as developers
to develop plugins outside of gregorio main source tree.
