Details:
The gabc plugin should be entirely rewritten. The current code is definitely
too ugly, long, and unmaintainable. For the notes determination, everythin
could be done with another system (described simply in
plugin/gabc/gabc-notes-determination.l), and for the glyph determination, we
should use something clear like a big matrix telling all the possibilities.
