Details:
When a glyph ends in two descending notes, and a dot is placed on the note
*prior* to the final one, GregorioTeX places it incorrectly. Simple gabc
example: (j.h)
The dot is being placed after the entire glyph, and so curently, to get it to
the right position, one has to kern it backwards in the *.tex file.
