Wow that's fantastic! Actually the website is in the subversion repository: |svn co svn://svn.gna.org/svn/gregorio/website to checkout. You'll see that pages have names like foo.en.html for the english, foo.de.html for german, foo.fr.html for french, etc. so simply name them foo.it.html. Do you prefer sending them to me by mail (to me only, not to the list), or having a svn access to commit them? If you want a svn access, simply create an account on gna.org and tell me your login.
