Follow-up Comment #2, task #6363 (project gregorio):
I agree with the second way -- losing backwards compatibility is not a /huge/
problem (at least regenerating gabc files is fast :-) ). It'll be better to
make it clear and coherent now, than to try to continue maintaining something
hacked together after the 1.0 release.
