Follow-up Comment #2:
The punctum mora is now placed lower in r641. Basically the previous sign
height adjustments were too insignificant. Until r575 though, they were
multiplied by \grefactor two different times (no idea why) so it didn't
matter. I've adjusted the values, and will test them on more complex
neumes...
