Details:
The macro \coloredlines does not affect additional staff lines. It seems easy
to fix, but it is not:
normal staff lines are printed before the glyphs, so the glyphs are "on"
them, whereas additional staff lines are printed after the glyphs, so the
glyphs are "beneath" them, and if you make additional staff lines colored,
their color will appear on the glyphs, which is ugly...
I don't think it's a major bug, as most scores with colored lines don't have
additional lines.
