Details:
Signs on the linea punctum/linea punctum cavum are shifted slightly too far
right, since they are considered the same as regular punctums, which are
narrower... I added a new case (number 24) for the h episem/v episem
functions in my local copy... Does that sound ok, or is there a better
solution?
