Details:
When there are two notes ascending in pitch, and the second is an increasing
(or decreasing) liquescent note, the glyph numbers are calculated
incorrectly.
Examples:
( gh>) (gi<) (gwh<) etc. do not print
[ (hg>) (ig<) etc. -- glyphs with the 2nd note lower in pitch than the 1st --
are ok ]
