Details:
Here is how one can reproduce this behaviour:
$ gregorio examples/PopulusSion.gabc -o PopulusSion1.tex
$ gregorio -F xml examples/PopulusSion.gabc -o PopulusSion.xml
$ gregorio -f xml PopulusSion.xml -o PopulusSion2.tex
PopulusSion1.tex and PopulusSion2.tex are not exactly the same.
