Details:
If you have special characters such as & or < or > in the header fields of a
gabc, then gregorio, when it writes out the xml, does not escape these. This
means that later, if the xml is re-read, the special characters are regarded
as errors in the xml.
It would be better if the special characters were escaped.
Implementation:
I understand that xmlTextWriterWriteElement and other libxml routines might
be useful for doing this. At present printf is used directly.
