Details:
While using a custos inline (ex. case: with a bar and clef change): if
(z0::c4) is in its own syllable, the height never changes (always g). An
image of what happens is attached, and the gabc file.
If you instead included the next note in the same syllable, the height is
calculated correctly, for example:
C. Pi(z0::c4j)lá(i)tus(h)
but the horizontal text centering will be wrong.
