This gabc file
name: Amen;
initial-style: 0;

produces a .tex output file with invalid syntax (attached).
There is a spurious extra right brace "}" after the first argument to
\syllable:
\syllable{}}{A}{}{0}{m}{e}{0}{}{%
The attached files are the gabc input and the GregorioTeX output.
I'm running gregorio 0.9.3-svn as of 25.V.2009.
