Dear all,
When inputing, in gabc notation, a set of neumes as:
foo(gohf)
the TeX output would be a torculus with the initial neume being a simple
punctum rather than an oriscus. Reading the source of
plugins/gabc/gabc-glyphs-determination.c it seems that all neumes after
an oriscus are forced to be a punctum.
The reason for typesetting a torculus with an initial oriscus is that of
adapting chants according to manuscripts. An example could be seen in
the Alleluia for Christmas Octave, in the jubilus. The nuemes in the
manuscript suggest it's an oriscus immediately followed by a clivis.
Best,
Jonathan
