This case is quite limit in gabc syntax: it might be correct and might
work, but in my mind (and the way it's coded in gregorio) when you use
multiple _, it should be in the same element; for me you should use
hi__/j_, or even better h_i_/j_. I might add a warning on the gabc
syntax presentation about this... you cannot do this neither for instance:
a(g)b(h__)
but this seems more obvious.
In fact I'm quite surprised that your example used to work. Do you think
this syntax should be added? I would be against it, but why not...
