Details:
Currently Gregorio uses characters in all the unicode range, including control
characters, which is a bad idea...
A good way to do that would be first to add 161 to all characters, and, if it
still works, to add F0000, so that all Gregorio glyphs are in Supplemental
Private Use Area-A.
