Details:
When trying to recompile an old score with choral signs [cs:...] in it, there
were several problems with the output (as shown in the attached PDF). The
lines "causing problems" were:

(c4) Lá(lk/lm[cs:c]KJ) ní(kv_/l[cs:c]kl) (::)
-- ^^ ^^
Considering the first issue, the choral sign is just put somewhere below the
text line instead of right to the note "m" the second c is put after whole of
the porrectus instead of behind the first note.
