Details:

When installing gregoriotex and fonts at the end of the instructions for MacOS
X, the following occurs:

$ cd fonts
$ sudo make install
make: `install' is up to date.

No files are installed.

It appears that "make" under MacOS is case-insensitive, and since the INSTALL
file exists and is newer than the source files, nothing is installed at this
point.

I suggest renaming INSTALL to something like INSTALL.txt and updating the
Makefile appropriately. This way will avoid any conflict under MacOS X, and
should still work under Linux and other POSIX-like systems.
