Details:
(fi'!jv) is rendered with the vertical episema in between the podatus notes,
but at that spot it is a little bit unclear whether
it is a vertical episema below the higher note or above the lower note. Both
Liber Usualis:
http://gregobase.selapa.net/sources/3/608.png
and Antiphonale Monasticum 1934 put the vertical episema above the higher
note.
Also, couldn't there be an override, like _0 for forcing horizontal episema
below, '1 for forcing vertical episema above the note?
