How hard would it be to add "aliases" to the `gregorio-vowels.dat`?
I.e. have a language entry which redirects to another language entry so
that we might have something like:
```
language [english];
alias [English];
```
Or
```
language [French];
alias [Latin];
```
The idea is that when gregorio encounters a language entry like one of
these, it's redirected to load the vowel rules for the language
specified by the alias. This would make it trivial to support common
variations on the language name (as in my first example) or to add more
explicit support for languages whose rules are covered by those of
another language (as in my second example).
