During my chant workshop, I noticed something interesting. Fr. Columba
Kelly is using hollowed-out diamonds to indicate the trigon figure. I
think this is a clearer notation than Solesmes' use of the punctum
inclinatum in recent books for the same figure.
Would it be acceptable for me to add this to Gregorio? It would require a
new gabc notation, perhaps "Gr" (i.e., punctum cavum inclinatum), likened
to "gr" for the punctum cavum.
