Given that 2.4.3 was yanked, it makes sense to remove the installer, so I've 
done that. 

I'll add the box around the migration message when I get back (I can't log into 
the svn from my iPod).  I'll also look at moving it to the header so that it 
appears on every page, not just the homepage.  Finally, it occurs to me that I 
should be able to add a splash page along the download link path that repeats 
the warning before letting people into the download area. All of that should 
raise the profile of the migration on the old site considerably. 

Has any one else got any further ideas?
