I just realize that I forgot to upload to CTAN earlier when I made the
release. I'm not going to do it now (just finished with the Vigil and
need to get some sleep), but will take care of it tomorrow (well,
actually today), probably in the afternoon.
Unless of course, that's a bad idea. I can't remember when we started
uploading to CTAN for the TL2016 pretest. Was it before or after the
official announcement of the start?
