Hello,

I've never used XeTeX, but I don't think you can use Omega/Aleph 
primitives with it, so it's highly probable that it won't work... The 
best solution in my opinion would be to get a recent LuaTeX with my 
packages (http://tug.ctan.org/tex-archive/macros/luatex/). Like this you 
will be able to use gregorio and otf fonts... That's what I do 
personally. Also a few bugs are corrected when you use LuaTeX.
