With TeXLive 2008 it's a bit complicated, because you need some extra 
packages if you want to really keep the same documents. It will be very 
easy in TeXLive 2009 (beta version released soon), and it's impossible 
with MikTeX. The extra packages for TeXLive 2008 are luainputenc and 
luatextra, they can be found on the CTAN. After that just replace 
inputenc by luainputenc in your preamble (the document will still be 
compilable with lamed even with luainputenc), and it will be compilable 
with the command lualatex or pdflualatex. You can even use OTF fonts if 
you take luaotfload from the CTAN (and if you have a recent luatex, the 
software is still in active development).
