I answer myself the question :
yes, we need cvs! only to make disappear this error.
so for ubuntu, you should add csv.
And for next error |libglib2.0-dev

So the install is now
|
|sudo aptitude install build-essential flex bison libxml2 libxml2-dev docbook-to-man xsltproc autotools-dev texlive-omega python automake libtool libltdl3-dev debhelper dpkg-dev fakeroot cvs libglib2.0-dev|
