I'm not a guru in scripting, but I think one way should be to declare 
the bemol with the clef : (c3gx).

How does gregorio know the clef for the new lines it creates ? The way 
is to use the same as for the clef.

This is what I think but as I said, i'm not a guru and i don't the 
gregorio code.
