Hello, To use gregorio under cygwin, you simply have to follow the instructions on http://home.gna.org/gregorio/installation-windows (section on compiling, no binary is available yet). Also on my computer the instructions work only on cygwin 1.7 or on old versions of cygwin 1.5.
