Hi, Can you post your copies of main.tex and myscore4.tex? I just borrowed a computer and used the procedure on the website to do a fresh install of Cygwin and Gregorio on it, and ran your gabc file. The output I got with that again worked fine & does not match yours, which I still don't understand...
