I have been setting chants that have a second annotation. In my version, 1.0,
unless I am doing something wrong, when I use the second annotation, the first
and second lines have no spacing between them. In my version, I added a small
adjustment to the spacing between the two annotations. From -\ht to -1.5\ht.
For me this spaces the two better. You might want to look at this and adjust
gregoriotex.tex to provide more separation.
