Hello, sorry for the late answer, I don't have access to the Internet a lot... Sadly there is no way to produce the right output right now, but I'll change the algorithm in order to have the good output (I don't really know when, but as I'm working on gregorio right now, it may not be very late). I've also noticed that the produced score is ugly because of the lines of the flexa that go down too much, in this case the lines should be small, I'll also fix it quite soon.
