pdf2svg document.pdf output-page.svg or, if your pdf contains several pages: pdf2svg document.pdf output-page%d.svg all where %d will be automatically replaced by a page number. In LaTeX, you can also suppress the margins around the PDF output and customize the paper size so that the manual inclusion of your SVG file doesn't need to crop so many space around your partition.
