I'm not putting a responsum in the lyrics of the gabc file - though its good to know how that is done.
> It is > possible that the response symbol doesn't get bold, but since it stands > at the beginning of the line, it is not absurd that it is not bold: from > what you say, I understand that you want to indicate with bold texts the > parts to be read as answers by the faithful, and the symbol "response" > itself is not read as such and could remain not bold. Looking through my books - I can't find a bold responsum. But where the responses are bold they are prefixed by a bold letter. Another book has a red responsum with the response in bold black. Thanks for the responses. I need to examine my assumptions. Is there any book about these sort of church typography ideas? Or is it just a case of style?
