I'm not putting a responsum in the lyrics of the gabc file - though
its good to know how that is done.

Looking through my books - I can't find a bold responsum. But where
the responses are bold they are prefixed by a bold letter. Another
book has a red responsum with the response in bold black.

Thanks for the responses. I need to examine my assumptions. Is there
any book about these sort of church typography ideas? Or is it just a
case of style?
