Thanks very much for the comments. I would think that it would already work with various syllable patterns. All it is doing right now is taking the syllables from the text box, and applying the GABC from the top text box, and looping through the GABC if there are more syllables in the second text box than in the first.
Also, it should work right now with regular scores, as long as each box has the same number of syllables, but I may add a checkbox to set whether or not it should loop through the GABC if there aren't enough GABC syllables to cover the text yet. Also, right now, in the output text, it puts line breaks in after any of these characters in the GABC box: `,;: and an extra line break whenever it starts over at the beginning of the GABC, but I think I will change it to simply preserve any whitespace (including line breaks) that occurs in the text box instead.
