Tracy, Brother Innocent and Silvio:

Thank you for your help!

After changing the command \setfirstlineaboveinitial to \gresetfirstlineaboveinitial on the new computer for all 48 includemyscore.tex files, and on an input file called by main.tex, everything is up and running beautifully.

The output is absolutely first class, imo, and I cannot tell you how pleased and delighted I am with the combination of Cygwin, Texlive, and Gregorio......

Installing on Windows

Tracy:

My mistake was not compiling all 48 gabc
files on the new computer. Having done that, the two other problems are
mostly corrected except for one thing. \setfirstlineaboveinitial is not
working properly.

Attached is one of the myscore files and the
resulting pdf. As you can see the roman numeral representing the mode
is too high up. It should be right on top of the first letter. This
problem is occurring in all 48 myscore.tex files, and is generating an
“! undefined control sequence” for each one.

Is there a way to fix
this. Thanks for your help.
