Perhaps you have already found this solution, but I just came against this
problem myself today and figured out how to fix it: put \grenormalclef after
the score that you don't want to have the clef, and the rest will have the
clef again. E.g.

\greremoveclef
\includescore{barlines.tex}
\grenormalclef
\includescore{barlines.tex}

Perhaps this should be explained on the website?
