Hi (once more) I managed to compile the 2.0 version. I've change the gregoriotex.tex file as I've found in the gregorio-users archive (thanks for the tool for searching the mails).
I now can compile with lualatex in Texworks ! Great ! I will create a new message about SVN and Mac.
