While I was able to compile and install gregorio on Mountain Lion (10.8),
which was upgraded from Lion, I am having a problem with a fresh installation
of Mountain Lion (10.8). I am getting:

plugin_loader.c:20:18: error: ltdl.h: No such file or directory

This is related to libtool, but I am a little puzzled here on what the issue
might be. Thoughts anyone? FYI libtool is installed.
