Dear Fr. Anselm, My own recommendation is rather to go directly to the TeXlive website. It'll be more up-to-date, and is very easy to install anywhere. It takes a good long while to download, but its pain-free to install. Then every few months, just type “tlmgr update --all” to keep it up to date! -Michael
