I think the same as abbé Peron.
I also prefer æ, oe, ae', oe? and, /especially,/ i instead of j.
Regarding accents on disyllabes, I have no fixed opinion, but, as
I´m more acquainted with the Graduale Triplex/Romanum, I do not lack
those accents... problably I would think they were 'heavy' too.
If someone had the need, he could make changes to a local copy of
the gabc score, replacing the ligatures æ -> ae, i for j, and so on.
